We bring multiple years of military expertise, facility maintenance and residential troubleshooting and repairs on multiple pieces of equipment. However I specialized in generator operation, troubleshooting, and repair during my time in the military. During my time in the military we learned the value of open communication, being upfront with everyone we talk to, and determination to complete what was started. I have taken what I have learned from my military experience and apply that to my business.
We are a mobile shop meaning that we bring the tools and parts to the location of your equipment. We are an authorized service center for Champion Power Equipment and Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment. For warranty work on those brands you must contact them first and they will give you additional information about the process. We have been in business for just over 5-years and are accredited an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in August 2022 (and that is thanks to ALL of our customers).
During my short time in business I have gotten the opportunity to get to know a lot of families. I get excited to hear about grandchildren choosing to get baptized, children starting to learn to drive, and seeing babies growing up each time I come out to service your generator. With that also comes the sad things too, some of us have lost some loved ones and lost some special family pets in the last few years. I just want to let you know that I am sorry for the loss and my prayers go out for you and your family.
